• ANNOUNCE BOARD MEMBERS – REBECCA MUSQUIZ & ROBERT CHAVEZ – Welcome to the Board
o TERMS AND POSITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 ATHENA J BLACK – PRESIDENT – 3 YEARS
 BILL WHALEY – VICE PRESIDENT – 2 YEARS
 TIM ROBERTS – VICE PRESIDENT -2 YEARS
 REBECCA MUSQUIZ – DIRECTOR – 1 YEAR
 ROBERT CHAVEZ – DIRECTOR – 1 YEAR
• APPOINT ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE –
o IAN QUIGLEY
o JAMES WEIKEL
o MICHAEL SCHANBACHER
 Beginning August 3, 2020, we want all of the building plans and required forms to be submitted thru our website that Tim will talk about in a moment. Should you have any problems, we will provide the contact information for the ACC committee. We do want the community to know that if building is taking place without plans being approved or fees paid, you are in violation and we will take necessary action.
• APPOINT COMMON USE FACILITIES COMMITTEE –
o REBECCA MUSQUIZ
 Rebecca will head that committee and the board will be looking to add 2 more members. The committee will address common area concerns regarding violating the rules, enforcements, repairs, improvements, and the general well-being of the common use areas including, but not limited to the park, boat dock, and RV storage. These members will be the go-to for the community to express any comments or concerns so that it can be brought back to the board for consideration.
• APPOINT HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE – We are still in search of 3 members that will be in charge of planning and organizing community events and fundraisers such as annual and semi-annual parties, events like bass tournaments, etc.
• NEW BUSINESS –
o TIM ROBERTS TO SPEAK ABOUT Website – (HIDDENSHORESATLAKECISCOTX.COM) The community website is a work in progress but it will be used to post notices for the community. Members will be able to submit anonymous comments and concerns.
o TIM ROBERTS TO SPEAK ABOUT Facebook – (HIDDEN SHORES AT LAKE CISCO TX) this is to display our beautiful community to the public. As our community blossoms, we would like to post photos of our progress. We will respect everyone’s privacy and keep photos limited to our common areas. However, we would love to show the progress of the entire community so if you would like to submit photos, we encourage you to do so.

Hidden shores will have its annual meeting on Saturday,  June 12, beginning at 2 pm at the Myrtle Wilks community center.  The meeting is limited to owners only.  If you cannot attend in person, please feel free to join us via zoom.  We will be discussing the budget, common use areas, upcoming elections, construction, and answering any questions you may have.
