The following conditions have been met to apply for Certificate of Compliance and return of
Construction Deposit.
1. The Owner of the Lot, all Contractors & Subcontractors have complied with all
Construction Guidelines & Restrictions and has not incurred any clean-up or damage
charges by the ACC.
2. The Owner of the Lot, all Contractors & Subcontractors have no outstanding fines
due to violations from the Fines Process.
3. Landscape plans have been submitted and approved by ACC. Owners rendering is
acceptable.
The ACC will conduct a formal Onsite Inspection of the exterior of the home and a Certificate of
Compliance will be issued if all items on the attached Inspection Checklist are approved.
You will be contacted upon receipt of this request to schedule the Onsite Inspection.
